Delete Account

You can delete your Quizum account directly in the app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

• Open Quizum and sign in to your account.
• Go to Settings -> Edit Profile.
• Tap Delete account and confirm deletion.

What is deleted

When you confirm deletion in the app, the following data tied to your account is deleted:

• Profile data (nickname, avatar, bio, age, gender, country, favorites, coin balance).
• Gameplay data (attempts, progress, stars, leaderboard-related progress).
• Session and authentication records for your account.
• Reward/transaction records linked to your account (for example ad rewards and coin transactions).

Possible limited retention

Certain records may be retained for legal, security, and fraud-prevention purposes for a limited period where required by law.

No access to the app?

If you cannot access the app, email us from your account email at privacy@quizum.online with subject Account Deletion Request. We process verified requests within 7 business days.
